Biography
Jeanine McKelvey is a demonstrated litigator. With approximately 30 years of trial experience, mostly spent litigating child welfare cases in California, Jeanine is a calculating and effective courtroom advocate.
Jeanine now calls the Austin area home, and spends her time with her husband Tony, their two maltipoo dogs (Duncan & Brodie), and their two cats (Buster Posey & Roy Kent). Jeanine has an empty nest consisting of two brilliant daughters currently pursuing advanced degrees out of state.
Jeanine believes the strongest settlements are achieved from a position of prepared strength. She readies every case for trial while continually pursuing opportunities for a fair, strategic resolution.
