Chief Operating Officer & Sr. Paralegal

Biography

Celia serves as Chief Operations Officer of Hennan Culp, where she provides strategic leadership for the people, systems, and processes that power the firm’s work. Celia helps translate the firm’s vision into disciplined execution, strengthening internal operations, supporting team performance, and promoting a consistently high standard of client service. Her executive leadership is grounded in more than 24 years of hands-on legal experience, giving her a practical understanding of what attorneys, legal professionals, and clients need at every stage of a case.

Celia is also a Board Certified Family Law Paralegal. She began her career in a traditional law firm, learning the legal profession from the ground up and developing experience across virtually every aspect of law-office operations. After establishing herself as a respected legal professional, she earned her degree magna cum laude and, in 2017, achieved Board Certification in Family Law through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

A creative, solutions-oriented thinker, Celia brings extensive experience providing trial support in complex and high-conflict divorce and child custody matters. She has a natural aptitude for family law and is particularly committed to helping clients identify solutions that work for their unique family circumstances. Celia understands that decisions made during litigation can affect families—and shape co-parenting relationships—long after a case or trial has concluded.

Celia is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and the Paralegal Division of the Williamson County Bar Association.

Outside the office, Celia enjoys traveling, discovering great food, reading, gardening, shopping, and kayaking on Lady Bird Lake. Most of all, she treasures time with her two daughters and her family’s beloved dogs (Dotti and Sasha)—whether they are doing something adventurous or simply enjoying time together.
