Biography

Erin Leake, a board-certified family law attorney, brings her unwavering commitment to clients and keen attention to detail to Hennan Culp, PLLC. Erin handles complex family law issues including divorce, child custody, modifications, child support, enforcements, and the drafting of pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements.

Throughout her career, Erin has successfully navigated clients through an array of complex family law cases. Her approach is rooted in minimizing conflict and costs for her clients while passionately advocating for their rights. Erin is resolute in her pursuit of securing the best possible outcomes for her clients, striving to reach favorable resolutions through compassionate advocacy and skillful facilitation of settlements.

When she is not practicing law, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, Blair, who is a civil trial attorney at Wright & Greenhill, P.C., as well as their children. She is an active member of the Junior League of Austin and is passionate about giving back to our community.
